We develop fast, robust and precise side-entry robots. The robots load labels directly into the molding tools, at the same time as the finished products are removed with complete control over their position and orientation.
Checking label placement, readability and overmoulding of the label is necessary for maintaining consistent, impeccable quality. That’s why we deliver in-line vision systems for high speed production, in close collaboration with Mevisco™, German experts in industrial automated optical inspection.
In addition to IML technology’s proprietary side-entry robots, we also offer other equipment for handling applications for rapid injection molding. These kinds of solutions can be based on stable top-entry robots from Yushin Automation, the SuperStacker stacking module or other equipment for stacking and packing products with stability and precision.
